Ensure payments paid correctly and timely as Payment policy
Ensure all transactions of AP team are reviewed, fulfil and in accordance with Tax, Accounting Law and other regulations
Proper answers are given to dealers and clients about status of payments.
Ensure the reconciliation all the accounts timely daily and monthly
Check payment requests to ensure correctness, complied with internal policies, internal rules, and in accordance with Tax, Accounting and other regulations
Together with AP Team Leader responsible on Systems and new products related to AP team to ensure that being in line with Accounting Law and other regulations
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Reconcile payable accounts , account at banks
Together with AP Team Leader for Planning, process design and improvement for all process related to AP team
Co-operate with other team members to improve knowledge and the working situation in Accounting
Co-operate with the others team to solve Accounting issues
Other tasks assigned by Leader/CA

University degree of economics/Finance Banking.
Literate in Microsoft Office
5 years experience in accountant, especially
Knowledge of accounts payable
Fluency in English is required
Experience in SAP is plus point
Good experience in accounting treatment and Tax Law
Be honest and confidential
Good in information management
Problem-solving skills
Cooperative and supportive.
Be willing to work in team environment
Have the ability to learn new skills quickly
Enable to work under the pressure
Be responsible to complete assigned tasks on time without compromising quality of result
