CRM Business Analyst

  • Monitor and trouble-shoot campaign system incidents
  • Write business requirements and perform & coordinate UAT of system deployments
  • Propose & Implement campaign strategies requested by CRM management, using SAS Campaign management tool, critical thinking, data analysis, and communication skills
  • Other tasks requested by CRM Management


  • Honest, open-minded, committed
  • Intermediate SQL and good understanding of relational databases
  • Intermediate English level: 6.0 IELTS, 80 Toefl iBT or 750 TOEIC, or proven during interview
  • At least 1 years of full-time experience in IT BA or similar roles, preferably in financial & banking sectors
  • Critical & analytical thinking


  • Preferred majors: Computer Science, CIS, BIS, IT
  • International experience (work or study)
  • Programming languages: SAS, VBA, Python, Java
  • Experience with API development
  • Exposure to campaign management tools, CRM functions, sales processes
