KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as contact point within Company for any Compliance queries relating Sanction Screening implementation.
  • Conduct the day-to-day tasks regarding initial Sanctions Screening as required by local laws and Group Policies with the following key tasks
  • Check on the validity and consistency of the legal documents of external parties (including but not limited: Procurement Parties, Collection Parties, Salerooms/Dealers,….) being collected by Business Departments.
  • Give advices to relevant Business Departments on the component of legal documents, request for the lacking documents to support for Sanctions Screening.
  • Based on set of documents provided by Business Departments, conduct the sanctions screening against the Sanctions Lists issued by local authorities and international organizations.
  • Collect, maintain and keep records all the screening results.
  • In case of Matches are detected, investigate further on that and propose the solution for reporting promptly to Head of Compliance and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for final decision.
  • Regularly monitor and update Sanctions Lists which shall be issued by local authorities and international organizations.
  • Conduct the Annual Sanction Screening to all the existing external parties of Company as required by Group Policy.
  • Actively review and give advices to relevant Departments on relevant internal process, system setting up to ensure meet the HQ requirements as well as mitigate the risk of Sanction Violations for Company.
  • Manage and keep record for the written record of gifts and hospitality accepted or offered by Company Staff as required by Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy then made annual report to HQ.
  • To conduct day-to-day administrative compliance tasks and other tasks as may be assigned by the Head of Compliance and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • University degree
  • Good document management skill and experienced in MS Office usage;
  • Being able to use the office devices;
  • Practical experience:
  • Experience in admin field (preferable for admin staffs at law firms);
  • Knowledge in legal and compliance works are preferable.
  • Good English communication and writing skill.
  • Capable of preparing Official letter in Vietnamese.
