DESCRIPTION
  • Plan, implement, and maintain data related scope in the Customer Data Platform (CDP), including data storage, processing, and integration with various data sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and align with Big Data team for proper solution.
  • Provide requirement & implement ETL on MarTech external tools, whose output is used as data source for 360-Degree Customer View development.
  • Collaborate with IT data architects and other stakeholders to define and ap ply data architecture, integrity, quality, security.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of MarTech data lake and relevant data storages.
  • Supervise data accuracy & consistency processed in data pipelines via monitoring tools. Detect and resolve issues proactively, and conduct routine maintenance and upgrades as required.
  • Write comprehensive documentation & materials as guidelines for newcomers.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in data modeling, ETL development, and data integration.
  • At least 1 year experiences in big data technologies, especially Hadoop ecosystems
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and familiarity with relevant data processing frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-based data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
