KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CVM (Customer Value Management) communication & costs strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead and develop strategy team, set clear objectives and ensure accountability.
  • Work closely with Product teams to ensure CVM strategies align with new product launches and updates, ensuring seamless integration of products into the CVM lifecycle.
  • Contribute to product feedback loops by analyzing customer engagement data and providing actionable insights.
  • Create and oversee data-driven campaigns to activate customers and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities using lifetime value calculations.
  • Collaborate with campaign teams to execute impactful and timely customer campaigns.
  • Work with communication teams to refine content strategies for various channels.
  • Design, monitor, analyze, and act on campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance communication efficiency and reduce costs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience of minimum 6 years in CVM/CRM, Marketing, Strategy product design or similar positions.
  • Experience in developing and managing a team of experts, while still being a direct contributor.
  • Experience in customer journey mapping and integration with product development.
  • Proficiency in managing multi-channel sales strategies, evaluating the campaign results, calculating benefits to company and customer.
  • Data-driven approach with expertise in lifetime value calculations and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of financial products and standard sales channels in finance/banking/fintech industries.
  • Fluent in English, experience with presenting to top management in English.
