JOB DESCRIPTION
- Improvements in PA/OPS process based on analysis and observation
- Data mining and ad hoc analysis
- Reading reports, tracking payment advice and operation performance and be able to react
- Proactively proposing changes and recommendations
- Supporting efficiently all payment advice and operation departments
- Monitor segmentation models, understand them, potentially build new one
- Maintenance of SQL jobs and procedures
- Maintain regular reporting for PA/OPS departments
- Manage data exploration projects, define insights & development solutions.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Data Analysis or equivalent positions
- Advanced experience with SQL, data extraction & manipulation
- Advanced analytical, statistical and logical thinking
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate English skills
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Power BI or any other data visualization tools
- Ability to utilize Python and good understanding of segmentation/prediction model
- Experience with API
- Experience working with Hadoop or relevant Big Data systems.
