Data Operations Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitoring and optimizing the budget of acquired Big Data sources (50% capacity)

• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budget performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.

2.Regular portfolio reporting to regulators, regular incoming population quality reporting to internal stakeholders, monthly payment reconciliation, and resolving customer complaint related to customer credit history (40% capacity)
3. Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill required technical requests to acquire new Big Data source and upgrade existing Big Data source per business requirements. (10% capacity)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Need-to-have:

• Good financial planning and analysis skills, background in Audit or FP&A
• Good critical thinking & problem solving skills
• Good English: be able to work effectively in a multinational company
• Detail-oriented; structured and systematic thinking

2. Nice-to-have:

• Programming and database knowledge
• Open to business and technology challenges which are not familiar before
