KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimize app retention and transaction campaigns across digital platforms
  • Suggest new digital strategies and channels to enhance user engagement, retention, and transactions
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention
  • Develop engaging data stories to highlight key trends, successes, and areas for improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
  • Agency Management: Oversee external agencies, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery of campaigns

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven working experience in digital performance marketing for at least 4 years, with a strong focus on app-based campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of financial product development
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build digital acquisition flows across various channels and integrate platforms with third-party tracking tools
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
