Financial Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Financial Analysis:

• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Run/Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and profitability.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

• Financial Reporting:

• Support management reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Support on preparing quarterly forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Support the budgeting process by collecting and analyzing financial data.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various business scenarios.

• Business Partnering:

• Collaborate with business units to understand their financial objectives and provide insights.
• Support business decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 year(s) of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint, financial modeling tools and data visualization.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
• Any other relevant professional qualification/certificate would be a plus.
