RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Planning & Budgeting
- Planning and monitoring budget items related to software/licenses.
- Existing licenses/software: regular renew included current & addition functions with quantity and estimated cost for each software/licenses.
- New licenses/software: cooperate with Business department to ensure new licenses is necessary and correct quantity and function.
- Review/scrub contracting/agreement paperwork received from Vendor
- Work with Software vendors to process renew and true up existing licensing agreements.
- Support documents to fulfil related payments process.
- Process and manage approval ticket request software installation.
- Review/verify tickets received from Requester to request software installation. Make sure the requirement is correct and necessary
- Monitor SLAs dashboards to ensure tickets are processed on time
- Inputting and maintaining entitlement records up to date.
- Uploading latest version of contracts, agreements and invoices.
- Manage product use rights, license allowances, contractual entitlements and invoices
- Regular review and clarify volumes, versions between assigned and used licenses both local and centralized licenses.
- Manage and maintain Software Portfolio & Software catalogue. Ensure that all new technology initiatives consider and implement appropriate licensing practices and models (ITIP)

- Knowledge about of Licensing scheme (e.g.: Microsoft license, Vmware ,.. )
- Experience working with SAM tool and Cloud licensing, technologies and services
- English skill _ good reading, writing and speaking skills.
- MS office skills: Excel, Words, Power B.I
