Overall responsibility for development and management of new segment POS loan (Furniture/ Fitness/ Education Loan…ect): ​
  • Develop new segment business to diversify POS loan product of HCVN and increase sales volume​
  • Co-ordinate with Sales Networks to monitor and deliver the sales results of new segment business​
  • Co-ordinate with Product and QA to build up the process and product which is suitable to the market need​
  • Analyzing and adapting new strategies to react to changing business trends


  • From 5 years of experience in Business Development /Key Account/ Partnership position at all industries. Experience from financial/fintech/banking sectors is an advantage
  • Confident in communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Be able to develop, build, and maintain relationships with new segment partners
  • Soft skills: Open-minded, resilient, extrovert with positive mindset
  • Nice to have: basic English verbal and written
