Recovery Data Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Improve in PA/OPS process based on analysis and observation
• Conduct data mining and ad hoc analysis
• Monitor reports, tracking payment advice and operation performance and be able to react
• Proactively propose changes and recommendations
• Support efficiently all payment advice and operation departments
• Monitor segmentation models, understand them, potentially build new one
• Maintain SQL and procedures
• Maintain regular reporting for PA/OPS departments

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year experience in Data Analytic or equivalent position
• Practical experience with SQL, data mining & data structure
• Skill in Python is a plus
• Analytical, Statistic and Logical thinking
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,...)
• Good English
• Power BI, Tableau or any other data visualization tools is a plus
