- Conduct Onboarding Program: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding training programs for new sales hires, combining both online and offline training methods to ensure flexibility and effectiveness.
- New Sales Assistant Support: Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to new employees, assisting them in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
- Field Support: Provide hands-on field support to sales representatives, offering guidance, coaching, and feedback during actual customer interactions to enhance their selling skills.
- Training Material: Create and maintain a rich repository of training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, test banks, and case studies, to ensure that the content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our financial products, staying updated with product enhancements, and assist the sales team in presenting product features and benefits to clients.
- Training Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary improvements to meet evolving business needs and enhance training quality.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in sales training, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of consumer financial products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in creating training materials, test banks, and case studies.
- Experience in conducting surveys and utilizing feedback to improve training quality.
