VAS Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain product portfolio to ensure its competitiveness and profitability
• Manage product pricing, identify new pricing opportunities and work closely with finance ensuring maximum profitability per product with sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis
• Assure the product related functionalities on the system to run smoothly
• Monitor marketplace to ensure product portfolio is well balanced and competitive
• Identify new opportunities for product development
• Tightly work with sales and marketing to deliver seamless proposition for customers
• Produce the business case (feasibility study) for product initiative for approval / prioritisation to show how it will be positioned, how it is expected to perform, its fit with business strategy, client and channel strategies.
• Produce/input to project/development plan, specifying goals, project phases, timescales and resource implications in order to obtain sign off from key players
• Use structured project management to manage the development in detail, carrying out regular reviews, identifying and resolving problems in order to meet goals and milestones
• Monitor, manage and report on the performance of products against P&L goals, client and customer expectations, driving recommendations for continual improvement
• Share learning & provide advice / guidance on product areas
• Other tasks as assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good at presentation, negotiation, communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Up-to-date, broad-based understanding of the financial services market across products/ channels.  Awareness of recent trends/ developments
• Experience in tracking record of new product development to launch is an advantage
• Commercial driven, P&L focus: understanding of profitability and pricing
• Business analysis skills; ability to interpret / analyse data and apply to deliver P&L
