KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall responsibility for development and management of assigned strategic partners (CD retailers/ OEM, distributors…ect)
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans for each assigned partner to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
    • Conduct regular business reviews to assess partner needs, identify growth opportunities, and align on mutual objectives.
    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust account strategies and enhance partner offerings. 
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Execute campaigns and financing solutions with partners to increase sales, coordinating closely with internal teams.
  • Collecting all information of competitors’ new promotions, bonus scheme of segmented dealers and make appropriate proposal to deal with timely.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the main contact for partner communication and issue resolution.
  • Operational Coordination: Ensure seamless integration of products, promotions, and financing options across partner locations and partners' ecosystem.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to adjust strategies and support new opportunities.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on account performance, presenting insights and recommendations to drive continued success. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree (Economics, Marketing, Finance& Banking)
  • Key Account Management: Minimum of 4 years managing high-value accounts, with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets and enhancing partner relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the consumer finance sector, BNPL, and overview understanding about the consumer durables market (electronics, appliances).
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to create and implement account-specific strategies that drive growth and meet sales goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales Operations, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure alignment and operational success with key accounts.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and partner performance to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies effectively.
