RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Market Insights Analyst is responsible for providing key insights on the competitive landscape, market dynamics and consumer and market research. In addition, the Senior Market Insights Analyst will oversee day-to-day interactions with external research agencies.

  • Analyze and develop a deep level of understanding around existing and potential product offerings and market dynamics to inform and advance product and corporate development. 
  • Communicate company-wide to make sure that all levels of the organization, including Sales, Senior Leadership, Product Development and Product Marketing, are properly aligned and informed on current trends, market dynamics and competitive intelligence.
  • Create and update comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, market share and trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges that require insights from research.
  • Provide market insights other internal customers and consult with them on effective use and presentation of market intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related Majors or Higher
  • At least 2-year in the Market and Customer Research industry. Experience in working in Financial Service/Banking/Retail/ Insurance/ E-commerce or Management Consulting is a plus.
  • Academic and practical experience with a wide array of loan product, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies
  • Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis, and dashboard development
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI. SQL is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and oral communication)
