KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support for Talent Agenda (attract, retain and motivate talents) by increasing competitiveness of reward practices:

  • Support to execute Annual Reward Cycle (Salary Review, Performance Bonus, MRTs)
  • Support to design Reward schemes (cash and non-cash, including but bot limited to performance bonus, benefits use cases, sales incentives, health insurance) to ensure market competitiveness while being cost-efficient
  • Support documentation & communication of Reward policies (cash and non-cash)
  • Execute expat-related tasks (Job offer, contract extension, Reward scheme for expat & local+..) 

Enhance capability of Line Managers and HR (COEs, HRBPs), to make efficient, effective, consistent Reward decisions:

  • Support to update/ localize/ issue policies on time, in full
  • Support to communicate Reward policies to Line Managers & HR team

Optimize cost (Perex & Opex) by trying for doing more with less across all reward tools and practices (Cash and Non-cash):

  • Support to execute Annual Budgeting & Quarterly Forecasts for FTEs and PEREX with clear targets and guidelines
  • Support to build & use Reward Dashboard to track Reward Effectiveness & Efficiency
  • Deliver periodic reporting on time, in full (incl. but not limited to Monthly Perex Tracking, Quarterly Exceptional Salary Review Report) 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-4 years of C&B/ Reward experience.
  • Profound knowledge of C&B related regulations included but not limited to Labour, Personal Income Tax, mandatory and supplement insurances
  • Solid knowledge and experience of Reward (Rewards Schemes, job evaluation methodology, best market practices, market salary surveys…)
  • Solid knowledge and experience of Workforce Planning and Budget Forecasting
  • High level of English proficiency (speaking, writing, presentation)
  • High proficiency of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
